The course teaches how to recognize confined environments and know how to identify risk factors, in order to know and know how to develop specific prevention and protection measures.
Participants
aretrained in the proper use of personal protective equipment, instrumentation and work equipment suitable for the prevention of the risks inherent in work activities in suspected polluted or confined environments.

The course can only be accessed by those who have already obtained the certificate of qualification to use Cat. III PPE for work at height.

  • Practical exercises for the use of fall protection equipment against falls from height for confined space access
  • Practical exercises in the use of rescue equipment
  • Practical recovery exercises for injured workers in confined spaces

CERTIFICATE

At the end of the course, following a test on the theoretical part, the certificate to the use of PPE cat. III for confined and restricted spaces is sent

COST

CHF 420/participant
The price includes the use of PPE, training materials and lunch. 

PRACTICAL INFO VALID FOR ALL DATES

  • Course venue: Safety Training Center, Via Pian Scairolo 28, Lugano-Noranco
  • Time: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (meet at 7:50 a.m. for participant registration)
  • Cat III PPE: are made available and are sanitized after each use
  • Health: course participants are asked to be in good physical and mental health to cope with the practical part of the course
  • Lunch: is offered
  • Clothing: appropriate work attire and safety shoes are requested
